Adam Couch
Head of Global Sales
Adam Couch joined in May 2016 and is Head of Global Sales. Adam is responsible for driving Oleeo’s continued growth in new business and across partner channels.
Adam has a wealth of knowledge in sales leadership and strategies targeting large enterprise clients, along with deep experience in the Recruiting / HR Tech sector having worked at Oracle, Lumesse, Authoria (a precursor to Peoplefluent) and Hire.com. At Lumesse, Adam served as the VP Sales – Americas, where he was responsible for significantly growing the company’s Americas revenue. Adam is a graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in Marketing. He’s a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and when he’s not busy closing deals, he runs a youth and teen Baseball academy.
