2. Candidates have control, too. They can prioritize or ignore specific skills extracted to refine their search. 
3. Candidate Navigator then displays job opportunities from the job board, ordered by the closest skills match. Additionally, candidates can easily identify any required job skills they lack, helping them understand potential gaps.
